The Philippines continued its winning streak in competitions abroad after Miss Philippines Koreen Medina won third runner-up at the 42nd Miss Intercontinental beauty contest held in Madgeburg, Germany, last Saturday night, the highest Filipino candidate to place in this pageant since 1994.
